Short version: we collect your email only to tell you when the book is out, and analytics scripts load only after you accept cookies. Nothing hidden, no resale.

Who we are

What we collect

• Your email address — only if you type it into the waitlist form and submit it.
• Basic analytics — anonymous usage data (pages viewed, rough location, device), and only after you consent (see below).

Why we collect it

The email is used for one thing: to send you the announcement when the book launches, plus a small number of closely related updates about it. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties.

Analytics & cookies

On this English page, analytics load only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded at all. When accepted, we use:

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregate traffic measurement (Google LLC).
• Meta Pixel — conversion measurement for the waitlist (Meta Platforms, Inc.).

The legal basis for analytics is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site’s cookies / local storage in your browser, after which the banner will appear again.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until the launch announcement has gone out and for a short period after, or until you ask us to delete it — whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s and Meta’s standard retention windows.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Under the GDPR you also have the right to object and to data portability; under the CCPA you have the right to know and delete, and we do not sell personal information.

Unsubscribe / delete your data

Email ask@mindextractor.com and we will remove your email from the list and delete it. Every announcement email will also include an unsubscribe link.
